Chef's Recipe of Broiled Jumbo Prawns

Ingredients for the Broiled Jumbo Prawns –

  • 20 prawns or jumbo shrimp
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 large spoon dried oregano, crumbled
  • 1 large spoon dried thyme, crumbled
  • 2 spoons freshly scraped lemon zest
  • 2 small spoons coarse salt
  • 2 little spoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 big spoons fresh lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges as an accompaniment

I like barbecuing seafood because they're fast to cook and not to mention, also takes less time to marinate. Seafood often tastes fantastic by itself. So, a straightforward marinate should serve.
